Countryside Conservancy invites you to celebrate summer’s end in the great outdoors! The Conservancy will hold its 29th annual Tailgate Picnic on Sunday, September 18th at its Little Rocky Glen Preserve, Lithia Valley Road, just off of Route 6 in Clinton Township, Wyoming County. The event starts at 3pm and continues until dusk. Pack a picnic lunch along with a dish to share and drive on out to the Preserve to join in this great tradition!
The New Black Sage Project will provide a lively mix of bluegrass, folk and oldies music. Guests can explore the hiking trails of Little Rocky Glen or just kick back and enjoy the music and good company!
Picnic admission is free to Conservancy members, and $10 per carload for non-members.
Countryside Conservancy is a non-profit land trust dedicated to protecting and connecting greenspace in and near the Tunkhannock Creek Watershed for public benefit now, and for future generations.
